The SNP Government is once again ensuring that too many Scots pay more tax than those elsewhere in the UK, and too much of that money is wasted. I want to see a Scotland where the shackles of taxation are eased - where enterprises and businesses prosper, and you keep more of what you earn to provide for you and your family. Middle-income earners are continuously and unfairly dragged in to higher tax brackets and asked to shoulder a disproportionate amount in tax - to cover SNP fiscal failure.
We need action to reduce energy bills, and not damage our economy by closing down North Sea oil & gas production prematurely. I want to see a clear and realistic energy strategy with a balance of sources, and one where rural communities are not unfairly industrialised without proper consultation.
